Taking the day to day lead role in running assignments, typically with a portfolio of assignments at any one time. Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and are delivered on schedule. Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health & safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections, snagging, and sign-off processes. Report progress to the site management team. Essential Requirements: Strong experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role on residential developments.
