The Role
Youll manage your own caseload of care proceedings and work closely with clients, colleagues and external agencies. Key duties include:
- Running care-related cases from instruction to conclusion
- Providing clear, empathetic client advice and updates
- Advocacy at court hearings and key meetings
- Supervising and supporting junior team members
- Liaising with social services, guardians, and professionals
- Time recording, billing, and ensuring regulatory compliance
