What You'll Need Proven experience managing a team within a warehouse, depot, logistics or engineering environment. Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive relationships. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety practices at work. Ability to understand and work with budgets and P&L information. Confidence to take ownership, make decisions and lead by example. Adaptability in a fast paced environment undergoing constant improvement. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and warehouse systems). General understanding of the construction industry and hire equipment (advantageous). Previous experience within the hire industry (desirable). Full UK driving licence.
