Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
Mentor and support staff within your team, promoting high standards of practice in line with EYFS guidelines.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to individual childrens needs.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record childrens progress to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
Proven experience in a childcare or nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens growth and learning.
