CNC Programmer

CNC Miller/Programmer

• Permanent staff position
• Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE) (£35k - £37k per annum) plus 20% shift allowance

Experienced CNC Millers with programming experience are required to join a successful national engineering company at their Durham site.

You ll be running, setting & operating CNC milling machines (either 3, 4 or 5 axis), including the loading & unloading of machine tools/fixtures, to produce high quality technical components to tight tolerances. Machines on site include Mori, Mazak, Haas and Hurco

This is on a two-shift rotating pattern:

• Week One: 6am-2pm Mon-Thu; 6-12 Fri
• Week Two: 2pm-11.30pm Mon-Thu (off Friday)

What you ll Bring to the Team

• Recognised, relevant engineering apprenticeship
• Previous precision engineering background with exposure to 3 / 4 / 5 axis machines
• Programming experience with Mazatrol is essential
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings
