Full Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Office based in Kilmarnock

We are recruiting for a well known company in Kilmarnock who are looking to add to their vibrant customer service department! This is a very successful team who work in a family-feel environment.

What will you be doing?
Managing a customer service inbox and responding to emails
Processing orders and helping customers with queries
Helping customers to process orders online
Chasing up deliveries and processing refunds
Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve issues

What do you need?
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Showing empathy and understanding
Excellent communication verbal and written
Strong IT skills and able to use multiple systems
Problem solving and able to prioritise work load
