Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will be to proactively collaborate with commercial team members and colleagues from different disciplines to contribute to a shared approach to building homes, changing lives at Gleeson. Main Responsibilties: Take a 'whole company' perspective to the performance of Building Homes. Actively manage build and infrastructure costs, cash flows, cost movements and variations and budgeted financial information at site and plot level as per Group policies and processes.
