The Role As Deputy Manager, you will: Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery, taking charge in their absence. Act as a strong role model for staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care. Work closely with room leaders to ensure quality routines, continuous provision, and environments reflect the Curiosity Approach ethos. Support with staff development coaching, mentoring, and ensuring consistency in practice. Contribute to administrative and office duties such as occupancy management, registers, staff rotas, observations, and parent communication.
