Project Quantity Surveyor - £50m Commercial Refurbishment - Central London Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + package Start Date: ASAP Type: Permanent (temp-to-perm considered) A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a £50m commercial refurbishment scheme in Central London. This is a high-profile project offering long-term opportunity and genuine pathways for progression. Role You will take a key commercial role on the project, either leading the scheme or working as the No.2, depending on experience. Strong procurement skills and full lifecycle project involvement are highly desirable.
