A new position has been created due to expansion for a construction-based business based in Huthwaite for an experienced Plant Hire Controller to join the team. They are looking for someone from the construction industry who can come and hit the ground running and add value to the team. As this is a newly created role, there is excellent opportunity to make the role your own and make your mark. Duties will include: Ensure all hire machinery is in place for several ongoing construction contracts Liaising with contract managers to facilitate Plant Hire Requirements Required to deal with day-to-day machines to be hired/off hired including but not limited to: Excavators All sizes (large and small plant) Dumpers Rollers Etc. Deal and complete hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Coordination of plant across the UK The company offer a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, this role is fully office based, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase with service).
