Salary Range:£27,000 - £31,000 per year + Monthly bonus (up to £250)

What Youll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery safely while following all health & safety procedures
• Using company systems and documentation to produce timber-engineered components
• Organising cut timber efficiently to support smooth production flow
• Assisting across all areas of production when required
• Undertaking essential training to develop your core skills and support multi-skilling
