HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Product Manager)

As a Product Manager for the Henderson Products Municipal Snow & Ice Removal product portfolio, you will own a portion of the product line, driving market opportunities, go to market differentiation, and value creation. You will coordinate product lifecycle management, internal and external training, and product/feature release activities. Collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, and Technical Services will be essential.

  • Lead cross functional teams to bring new products or enhancements to market.
  • Own one or more product lines to meet financial objectives and align with strategic vision.
  • Develop and maintain short term and long term product roadmaps and strategy.
  • Create long term strategic and differentiated solutions maps.
  • Conduct and analyze marketing research and incorporate findings into product offerings.
  • Apply DMAIC for continuous process improvement.
  • Provide value based pricing and alternative solution recommendations with the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strategic pricing structures for whole good solutions, parts, and accessories.
  • Budget, plan, and manage internal and external training.
  • Coordinate organization launch of new and improved products.
  • Maintain corporate brand strategy.
  • Assist engineering in meeting customer specifications at optimal cost.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS
  • Successful Project Management skills with measurable impact on company performance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in product functionality.
  • Data analytic skills using Excel, Power BI, or other database reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel % of the time.
  • Strong organizational, detail, and follow up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, a technical discipline, or Business Administration (technical experience preferred).
  • 3 5 years of multi functional marketing, engineering, or technical sales experience.
