As a Gas Safe Heat Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of heat network equipment, including boilers, chillers, fan coil units, HIUs, valves, meters, PAYG devices, and metering systems deployed within client developments. Working closely with supply partners and following documented workflows and processes, you will carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and commercial gas safety checks on commercial heating systems. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to relevant Health & Safety practices on site and ensure all work complies with legislation and service level agreements (SLAs). Heating and Cooling Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment associated with Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating and chilled water systems. Use of Technology: Use laptops and tablets to commission metering equipment, update records, and maintain systems. Problem Solving and Communication: Troubleshoot and resolve on site issues, coordinating with other trades and the main contractor. Client and Contractor Liaison: Represent the company on site, liaising with clients, principal contractors, consultants, and heating/plumbing sub contractors. Site Surveys and Installations: Conduct site surveys and assist the Delivery Team with the installation of new systems.
