M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke furniture workshop in Pewsey, who are seeking skilled Cabinet Makers to support their team during a busy period. This short-term contract is ideal for experienced craftsperson looking to work on high-quality, bespoke projects. Contract Start Date: 15th December 2025 Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible start time of either 07:00 or 08:00) Pay Rate: 15.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Producing bespoke cabinets and furniture pieces from drawings and specifications Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Assembling, fitting, and finishing products to a high standard Working with solid wood, veneers, and panel materials Ensuring precise measurements and high-quality workmanship Keeping the workshop clean and organised Working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Competence in using woodworking equipment and tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team M4 Recruitment are an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer. Due to high demand our Woodwork production facilities have been expanded to include new Products and systems.
