Reporting into our Senior Technologist at our Bakkavor Bo'ness site, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technologist to provide technical support to the technical team Accountabilities: Role accountabilities include: Technical Management Support - To support & develop the technical systems to meet business, customer, industry standards, taking responsibility of the day-to-day management and maintenance of some or all the following: allergen management procedures, allergen risk assessments, QMS, HACCP, process validations, technical reports, and nutritional surveillance. Communication - To ensure effective, professional, timely communication. Contribute to customer audits and visits, supporting in areas of expertise. Audits - To conduct audits as part of the internal QMS. To trend actions and non-conformances and to report into the relevant forums. NPD - Work with the team to ensure all changes associated with launches, delists, and promo activities are implemented to support the operation teams and achieves the correct deadlines. People - To support others in the technical team in all tasks as required and be flexible to cover different work, also be involved in projects as requested. Health & Safety - To operate in a safe working manner and support the site on continuous improvements relating to health and safety.
