As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to oversee two key sites in Gloucestershire and the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the HSE function across both locations, strengthen safety standards, and drive a positive, engaged safety culture throughout the organisation. Experience in chemical safety or working in environments with chemical risk will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental policies across both sites, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventative measures. Produce clear, detailed reports on HSE performance, incidents, trends, and compliance for senior leadership.
