We are recruiting for a company seeking a talented Housing Disrepair Litigator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong track record in litigated Housing Disrepair cases, who wants to contribute to the growth and success of a leading firm.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of 50% litigated cases, taking responsibility for all aspects of HDR litigation. You will provide high-quality legal work and assist in the development of the department by identifying and generating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vetting and checking documents and claims
• Drafting Letters of Claim, Pre-Action Applications, and advice letters
• Calculating damages accurately
• Managing a caseload to meet deadlines and billing targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year running a litigated caseload, ideally with Part 7 litigation experience
• Experience in Housing Disrepair claims (litigated cases preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting billing targets
• Experience with Proclaim is desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
