Governance Representing tax on the Alternatives Management Group and representing tax for any Alternatives Products presented to the Product Approval Committee for EMEA. Operations - UK and European Real Estate Providing tax support to the business, across all aspects of direct corporate and property related taxes (excluding indirect taxes), in relation to the following: -Tax compliance (including international transfer pricing compliance) -Tax governance and management of tax risk. -Interactions with HMRC and other tax authorities. -Engagement of, liaison with, and oversight of external advisors as required. -Implementing advisor recommendations. -Provision of tax information to investors. -Impact assessment of and implementation of measures to deal with relevant changes in the tax landscape (e.g. new European Directives). -European and other mandatory disclosure regimes. -Ad hoc tax queries.
