Market Intelligence: Provide data-driven insights on talent trends, labor market conditions, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to hiring leaders, HR and TA Leadership. Translate this market intelligence into actionable talent acquisition strategies for our Business Units and geographies in EMEA and provide recommendations to adjust hiring approaches based on shifting economic, competitor and industry factors. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey, promoting our employer brands (both the BU brand and PHC Group) in the market. Ensure rejected candidates walk away with a positive impression of PHC Group and the Business Unit measurable through rejected candidate surveys. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in coordination with TA Operations. Lead initiatives aimed at harmonizing recruitment practices across multiple countries within EMEA, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability within PHC's global framework. Strong knowledge of Workday, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the system. Share those opportunities with the HRIS team. Project Management : Participate in global TA (and other functional) projects to enhance processes, troubleshoot problems, and deliver actionable and measurable results. Eventually take on leading projects. Drive cross-regional and cross-functional talent acquisition projects with measurable impact, including employer branding, next level candidate experience, talent pipelining and talent communities, and sourcing innovation via AI which benefits the entire PHC Group TA team Miscellaneous: Other projects and tasks as required, including leading projects to enhance TA Operations. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines. Define and implement strategies that measurably increase representation in critical roles in EMEA and in the different Business Units. What you need for success: Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within life sciences, diagnostics, or related industries. Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of hiring practices and labor laws across multiple European countries. Advisory Skills: Proven ability to consult and influence senior business leaders with data-driven insights. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics. Language Skills: Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus. Collaboration & Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adapt to changing business needs.
