The Role As a Smart Communications Technician , you will attend commercial properties to install and configure smart communications equipment on gas and electric meters. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission smart communications equipment, including: Communications hubs Automated Meter Readers (AMR) Modems and SIM cards Complete installations accurately and in line with company standards Liaise with back-office teams to confirm successful installations Carry out basic testing and troubleshooting Provide clear, professional explanations to customers when required Candidate Profile We are specifically seeking candidates with a strong technical background .
