Our client is transforming how the managed corporate travel industry operates. As they continue rapid expansion across the UK and US, we are searching for a high-impact Sales Director - a senior hunter who partners closely with the CSO and hits the ground running from day one.

This role requires a proven sales leader with deep corporate travel experience, exceptional commercial instinct, and a powerful industry network.

Role Overview

The Sales Director oversees new business acquisition across enterprise corporates and mid to mid-large TMCs in the UK and US.

This leader blends senior industry credibility with disciplined sales execution, converting relationships, insight, and industry knowledge into consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales across direct corporate clients and mid/mid-large TMC reseller partners in the UK and US.

  • Leverage an established network of senior decision-makers (CFOs, CPOs, Heads of Travel, Procurement Leads) within corporates and TMCs.

  • Drive pipeline generation through personal networks, industry relationships, associations, and outbound activity.

  • Identify, shape, and close high-value SaaS and platform deals with speed and precision.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement environments with authority and confidence.

  • Demonstrate expert understanding of corporate travel technology, including OBTs, content ecosystems, and workflow architectures.

  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and consistent sales process execution.

  • Ensure high CRM accuracy, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Represent our client with authority at industry events, travel associations, and executive networks.

Required Experience & Profile
  • Extensive background in senior corporate travel, enterprise travel-tech sales, or TMC commercial leadership.

  • Based in the UK (preferred) or Portugal; fully capable of working remotely.

  • Proven success selling enterprise SaaS or OBT solutions to large corporates.

  • Experience influencing and selling through TMC reseller channels at mid/large scale.

  • A strong, active network of corporate travel decision-makers and influencers.

  • A true hunter mindset - charismatic, disciplined, persuasive, and outcome-driven.

  • Self-starter with fast learning ability, operating with urgency and independence.

  • Mastery of CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and structured sales methodology.

  • Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence.
