Working 42 hours per week, the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off covering both days and nights, 6am to 6pm. What are the mission critical skills? Apprentice trained in a similar position ideally Electrical qualifications (C&G 2320 P1 & P2, ONC, NVQ 3, 18th Edition or equivalent is desirable) Good understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Practical hands on approach. Experience in electrical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance activities Ability to interrogate/understand maintenance problems to provide accurate plant condition information/recommendations. Key Performance Indicators - Gas safety compliance and reporting accuracy. - Voids turnaround times. - Quality inspection scores. - Accurate PDA/job completion updates. - Zero dangerous occurrences. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Essential - Gas Safe registered. - ACS: CCN1, CENWAT. - Experience in domestic gas work in social housing. - Knowledge of void processes. - Full UK driving licence. - Ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills.
