The RolesFee Earners/Solicitors (Grade B+):Manage your own caseload and work on complex claims.
Assistant Fee Earner (Grade C+):Support senior team members on high-impact cases.
QualifiedSolicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive
Experience inquantification of loss(e.g., serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or civil liberties)
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to have:litigation experience or prior civil liberties work
