As a senior design leader, you'll influence business strategy, shape long-term vision and partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data and AI to help define what we should build next and why. Required Experience and Skills Extensive experience leading strategic product and customer experience design initiatives A strong track record of defining long-term product, proposition or experience visions Expertise in translating customer needs, market opportunities and emerging technologies into compelling future concepts Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect complex ecosystems, products and services Experience using research, insights and prototyping to explore future opportunities and shape business decisions A deep understanding of digital products, customer experience design and innovation Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, conversational experiences and agentic commerce Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify ambiguity and inspire action The confidence to challenge thinking and influence strategic investment decisions You might know us as a supermarket, technology company or even for our award-winning mobile network.
