The TPD role involves working with trainees and local educators to achieve the best outcomes for their trainees. It does involve some teaching and pastoral work, but is largely about managing education, including recruitment, rotations and assessment, working with other educators and staff in the GP School team within the ST3 team in Leicester GP Training programme , working on a Wednesday. We are looking to recruit one TPD on 2 sessions until 31 March 2027. Please note although based in the local programme there will be regular travel around the East Midlands. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Magnetic Resonance Research Scientist to join the MR Research Group at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will develop novel acquisition methods on the hybrid MRI-linear accelerator (MR-Linac) system at The Christie, and advance image processing and analysis techniques to establish quantitative imaging biomarkers, with a focus on pancreatic cancer. The department is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the development of Motorsport & Automotive Engineering, specifically: Expertise in Vehicle Dynamics + Design of Chassis Alternative power trains Including research and teaching across the Engineering's undergraduate and postgraduate courses. You must have a PhD degree in Engineering or a very closely related subject. Membership of a professional body will be an advantage. You must have good experience in all aspects of Motorsport & Automotive Engineering. You will work with staff and students in the pursuit of research both as an individual and as part of the wider School and Faculty activities, encompassing complementary research areas by contributing to the work of established research groups. Hence, you should have a track record of dissemination of research outputs/achievements in high-quality scientific/technical journals and have the potential to attract research funding and/or generate external income. You will be delivering all aspects of aerospace engineering and will need to demonstrate breadth of knowledge of the subject matter.
