AutoCAD Technician

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-respected and growing Chartered Surveyors who are located in the heart of Oxford.

We are looking for a professional and motivated AutoCAD Technician with experience in Architectural Building practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Production of 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Preparation of planning and listed building applications and submission via the Planning Portal.
• Preparation of Building Regulation applications.
• Developing detailed proposals for kitchen and bathroom layouts, sectional drawings, roof and masonry repair details etc.
• Occasional measured Survey work.
• Preparation of door, window, and ironmongery schedules on Excel spreadsheets.
