We are seeking a Front of House Security Officer to join our team at our prestigious site in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be well spoken and well presented, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively. Fluency in clear English, excellent timekeeping skills, and computer literacy are essential.

Position: Front of House Security Officer
Pay rate: £15.50 per hour
Location: Manchester
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 18:30-23:30, 30 hours per week

Main Duties:

• The administration of all other aspects involved in access control to a defined level.
• Act as a first point of contact for greeting visitors entering.
• Clear communicational and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service
• To assist with deliveries and post in contacting relevant tenant to advise
• To assist with contractors in signing in/out
• Issuing of access cards to contractors and visitors
• Respond to email and telephone requests relating to any issues in a timely manner.
• To report any security issues to the onsite security supervisor
• Comply with and operate site security instructions and policies.
• Comply with and operate site emergency and Health & Safety procedures; respond as necessary to emergencies, including assistance to the emergency services in the event of fire/bomb threats.

Must Have:

• Valid SIA licence and CCTV Licence
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of the House Officer, or similar role (min 1 year)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
