My client, a leading property & built asset consultancy are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead on a residential new-build project (£100m+) as part of a wider town centre regeneration scheme, situated in commutable distance to London. The role will also allow the opportunity to work on various other schemes in conjunction.
You will have demonstrable experience managing / leading similar projects from conception through to completion, within the residential sector and experience of administering JCT form of contract.
