Location: Altrincham
Salary: £26,000 + performance bonus + Overtime

We re looking for a reliable, energetic, and proactive Warehouse Partner / Forklift Truck Driver to join our client s busy Altrincham operation. If you bring personality, accuracy, and a strong work ethic, this role offers a great environment to grow and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise pallet space to maximise warehouse capacity
• Prepare bulk stock for the replenishment team
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced setting
• Carry out stocktakes and replenish stock following the process
• Rotate stock to maintain product quality and date integrity
• Safely unload containers and manage inbound deliveries

About You

• 2+ years warehouse experience in a fast-paced pick & pack environment
• Experience handling garments/apparel (advantageous)
• Clean UK driving licence
• Valid Forklift Truck licence is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to undergo training for FLT License
• Excellent attention to detail; confident reading detailed SKU information
• Numerate and computer-literate (basic WMS or Excel experience an advantage)
• Strong communicator and team player
• Hard-working, proactive, and committed to delivering great service
• Customer-focused attitude

Hours: June August: Mon Fri, 7:50am 4:30pm, Sept May: Mon Fri, 7:50am 5:00pm
