We're working with a welcoming primary school in Bishopston, Bristol to recruita dedicated and compassionate SEN TeachingAssistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturinglearning environments.
Your Role WillInclude:
Providing tailoredsupport to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
Collaborating withclass teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Building apositive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
Supportingemotional regulation and social development
Assisting withclassroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
What We're LookingFor:
A caring,empathetic, and patient approach
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Experiencesupporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
Level 2 or 3Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
