Manage software changes from requirements gathering through to implementation. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to customers where appropriate. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will play a key role in delivering both new developments and enhancements to existing processes within their ERP environment. This role spans a wide range of business functions, including supply chain, sales order processing, warehouse management, logistics, and finance.
