Are you an enthusiastic and committed teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Key Stage 2? We are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join a highly regarded primary school in the Kingswinford area. This school is known for its strong community spirit, inclusive approach, and dedication to providing a high-quality education for all pupils.As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing, planning, and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. You will work closely with teaching assistants to ensure effective support for lower-ability learners and children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through differentiated teaching and collaborative strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and adapt learning for SEN pupils.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
