Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee Mechanical installation on new build residential development in Central London. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. This role involves supervising a team of Plumbers, Installing Compressed copper, drainage and plantroom install. The successful applicant will play a vital part in maintaining safety standards and operational excellence across all mechanical systems.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of Plumbers and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and safely.
- Maintain up to date activity logs and progress reports.
- Drive efficiency and activity with operatives on site.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in a supervisory role.
- Extensive project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and control system diagrams.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and team coordination.
