Roofing Estimator Salary & Benefits Salary: £60k - £80k Company Car or Car Allowance 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Hybrid Working Quarterly Team Away Days Free Parking Retail discount package £200 annual wellbeing allowance + additional wellbeing time Roofing Estimator Job Overview Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid submissions for commercial roofing and refurbishment contracts Conduct site surveys and analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Develop professional proposals and presentations to support tender success Identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining system integrity Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance bidding capability Provide internal reporting on bid pipeline, margins, and performance against targets Roofing Estimator Job Requirements Must have proven experience in the roofing sector.
