My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their B&I sites in Croydon.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager within contract catering
- Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
- Strong event management experience
- Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
- The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
