  • Translate product vision into detailed requirements, specifications, and user stories for distributed systems, OLTP components, and HA mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and go to market plans, including creation of demos and technical content.
  • Build and maintain technical partnerships with cloud providers, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners to support integration and co innovation.
  • Act as a technical product expert and engage with the open source community, gathering feedback and representing contributor needs.

  • Proven success bringing enterprise software or SaaS products to market, from conception through adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts for both engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, open source ecosystems, or clustering technologies such as Galera is preferred.
  • Additional strengths include familiarity with workload optimisation, performance tuning, partitioning, replication, security practices, and disaster recovery in distributed OLTP environments.
Benefits
  • Remote friendly work structure within the United Kingdom.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Equity opportunities depending on role level.
  • Inclusive, supportive culture committed to diversity and accessibility.
  • Flexible working conditions.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a global organisation.
