A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its expanding team in Belfast. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high-performing, ambitious practice and gain exposure to some of the most exciting and complex finance work on the market.

With a strong global presence and a reputation for excellence, the firm advises major financial institutions, corporates, and investors on cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The Belfast team plays a central role in delivering first-class advice in areas such as real estate finance, securitisation, energy finance, and leveraged finance.

• Work on a broad spectrum of financing transactions, drafting key corporate and security documentation, and managing conditions precedent.
• Review and negotiate finance documents, including bilateral agreements, trade finance documents, and NDAs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm's global offices to deliver seamless client service.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees when required.
• Stay current with developments in finance law and apply that knowledge to client work.
• Contribute to the team's strong culture of efficiency, compliance, and excellence.

• We are looking for a solicitor who can bring technical ability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service. You will ideally have:
• Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (candidates from other common law jurisdictions will also be considered, with support to requalify if needed).
• 1-3 years' PQE in Banking & Finance law.
• A solid understanding of finance transactions and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues.
