Construction Lawyer (Associate) - Bristol An exciting opportunity has arisen at a prestigious Legal 100 firm to join a highly regarded Construction team in Bristol offering an opportunity to work on a broad range of matter with early client engagement and significant autonomy, making it a stand-out position for an ambitious Construction Lawyer. About the Team: Leading construction teams known for its involvement in high-profile and reported cases Advise on sophisticated international, national and regional matters across sectors including energy, renewables, housing, retail and waste Act for a prestigious client base, including household names, listed companies, funders, developers and public sector bodies The Role: Handle a varied caseload of mainly contentious construction matters Advise on construction and energy disputes through litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other ADR methods Familiarity with standard form contracts such as JCT and NEC Provide strategic input on contract management and dispute avoidance/mitigation What experience is needed: Qualified Lawyer with ideally 3+ years' PQE Strong experience handling construction disputes, including adjudication and/or litigation processes Experience advising on a range of dispute resolution methods, including ADR The Opportunity: High-quality, complex work with leading clients Early responsibility and direct client exposure Ongoing training and career development within a supportive and experienced team Next Steps: If this sounds like the opportunity for you, click 'Apply Now' or reach out to Loraine Silvester at G2 Legal for a confidential discussion about this role.
