We are delighted to be partnering with our client to assist with the appointment of a Team Leader within their specialist North American Property Binders division.
This is a desirable and niche opportunity to join a respected business and lead a small, experienced team operating within a specialist area of the North American Property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small team within the North American Property Binders division.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.
Collaborate closely with underwriting and broking teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the division.
Travel to the United States as required for client and market engagement.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience within North American Property Binders or a similar delegated authority environment.
Strong technical understanding of property binding authorities.
Leadership or mentoring experience with the ability to inspire and support a team.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel to the US as part of the role.
Salary is open and dependent on experience.
