We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast paced warehouse. You'll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture
• Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed
• Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards

• Experienced people leader within warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong organisational and coaching skills
• Calm under pressure with a hands on approach
• Excellent communicator and team motivator
