Key Responsibilities
Support students with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, focusing on behaviour management and emotional health.
Provide daily progress reports and identify learning barriers.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Student Support Mentor to support students and engage with parents.
Keep parents or caregivers regularly updated on their childs progress
