Company Secretary - Professional Services

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm, as sole Company Secretary.

• Ensure the firm complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act obligations.
• Manage board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing papers, and taking minutes.
• Maintain statutory registers and company records, including filings with Companies House.

The ideal candidate will be CGI qualified, and have experience within a professional services environment in the UK (although other backgrounds will be considered).

You must have the right to work in the UK.
