HR Advisor - Craigavon
Full-Time Permanent
Reporting to: Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Craigavon, where you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service that supports both our people and business strategy.

As an integral part of the HR team, you'll work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage day-to-day operations, support employee relations, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and development across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Group People Strategy and site-specific plans
  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Manage employee relations cases including conduct, capability, and grievance
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure data confidentiality
  • Drive absence management initiatives and support return-to-work processes
  • Coordinate training compliance and support learning & development activities
  • Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding
  • Promote health & safety, ethical compliance, and community engagement
  • Lead and support employee engagement forums and well-being events

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, practical, and solution-focused
  • Experience with HR systems and data handling

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry
