About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant to support learning in a variety of classrooms across Llanfairfechan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their education. You will work on a supply basis, providing cover for absent staff and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities for students of all ages

• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Provide one-to-one or small group support where required

• Prepare and organize classroom resources

• Help supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other school activities

• Ensure the welfare and safety of all students

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and age groups

• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not essential
