Project Manager - 12 Month Maternity Contract

Direct involvement with the sales and operational process and the handover of the contract between business development and operations. CorrecthandlingofTUPEtransfersinlinewithbestpracticeandadvicefromthePeopleTeam. Finance: Toassistwithfinancialperformancereviewsandsupportthebudget/forecastprocessfornewcontracts. Toprotectthecompanyfromriskthroughmonitoringofcontrolsandrelevantaudits. Have working knowledge and understanding of business, ordering, people related and financial IT systems Managing&Developing Team: Works collaboratively with colleagues in senior and support teams across the region and group as required. About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join their busy and professional kitchen team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking and presentation. Assist senior chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality food for daily service and special events. Support and guide junior kitchen staff where needed. Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Monitor stock, assist with deliveries, and ensure proper storage and rotation.
