We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a proactive, ambitious professional thriving on creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving pipeline growth. In this role, you ll be at the forefront of our clients sales engine -prospecting, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities through high-volume outbound activity. You ll engage potential clients, spark meaningful conversations, and set up high-quality meetings and demos for the wider sales team (with opportunities to run demos yourself as you grow). Customers span across multiple industries, with particular success across recruitment and talent acquisition but also exciting wins with charities, venture capital firms and beyond. Collaboration is at the heart of their culture. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, organised, and results-driven, with a passion for technology. You ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, motivated by targets, and confident picking up the phone to spark new conversations every day.
