Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labouring duties across agricultural and farm sites
- Assist with adding spiral protection to hedge, tree and shrub plants
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Help prepare and maintain work areas and access routes
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential due to rural locations)
- Previous experience in general labouring, agriculture, or outdoor work (preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm (Start and finish times may vary due to daylight and weather)
