Required Skills
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Expertise in payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with cross functional teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience managing payroll during organizational change or restructuring
  • Knowledge of pension schemes and benefits administration
  • Experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives
  • HRIS systems familiarity
