Are you an experienced account manager with a flair for building strong relationships and driving retail success Our client, a well-established and highly respected Hampshire-based business, is looking for a Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager to join their growing team. With a portfolio of industry-leading products and brands, you ll be working closely with the Sales Director to manage and develop relationships with some of the UK s most prestigious retailers, as well as key independent partners.

Main Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and major retail accounts.
• Arrange and lead regular business review meetings with buyers (in-person and online).
• Plan and implement customer account strategies to drive sales and ensure continued growth.
• Extract and analyse weekly sales data from retailer portals, creating clear Excel reports for brand partners.
• Keep retailer planning documents up to date with live and potential product lines.
• Coordinate promotions and product launches with internal and external teams.
• Track and review performance against forecasts, supporting the Sales Director with reporting and planning.
• Conduct occasional store and account visits to ensure effective merchandising and stock levels.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proven experience in retail account management or similar commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis abilities (advanced level desirable).
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in sales or marketing environments beneficial.
• Confident working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
