Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2 days in-office per week)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Paid Media Manager, this role involves delivering standout campaigns across PPC and Paid Social for important performance marketing clients. Responsibility includes taking the lead on strategy and execution while working closely with a talented team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute strategies across PPC (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end from planning and activation through to reporting and optimisation
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (e.g., CRM, marketing) to drive cross-channel growth
  • Build strong client relationships and present results to key stakeholders
  • Share knowledge with junior team members, helping them grow (depending on experience)


Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns in PPC, Paid Social, or both
  • Experience within a performance marketing environment preferred
  • Confidence working across multiple markets (main focus on US, some EU exposure)
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, A/B testing, and CRO platforms
  • Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging channels
  • Strong paid media experience and a growth mindset are key; exact experience levels are flexible.
